Standard Delivery: We ship most items with this method via reliable delivery services like UPS, FedEx or USPS. If express shipping is chosen, an additional Shipping and Handling fee will be quoted at checkout.

Standard Delivery w/ No Pre Scheduled Appointment: Your item is shipped by a freight carrier, however it will be shipped in a similar manner to a Standard Delivery “UPS-like” item, left near your front door and will not require an appointment or a signature.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Before returning items, please email at support@telmoitems.com with your order number and reason for return, and you will receive further instructions.

Returns of non-defective items must be in as-new condition. Shipping & Handling is non-refundable. Returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Telmo  is not responsible for the return shipping of your order.  Your return request may require you to return the item(s) at your own expense.
